Harlan was the founder and former Executive Officer of The Bradford Group, LLC, a full service personal and commercial mortgage brokerage servicing the needs of personal buyers, real estate investors and business owners through providing a variety of mortgage programs and advisory services. Harlan developed quality control modules and fraud prevention programs that ensured compliance with company and Georgia Banking and Finance policies and standards. Harlan co-created the Customer Reconciliation System that assessed client needs against program deliverables to improve overall service delivery and customer retention.

Sharon Ware was an Associate General Counsel at State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Prior to her current role, she served as Lead Counsel in the Claim Litigation Section. Formerly, Mrs. Ware served as Managing Attorney for the Atlanta Claim Litigation Counsel Office. She began her career with the Law Students Civil Rights Research Council (LSCCRC) and worked in private practice with the State of Georgia. Mrs. Ware fondly remembers her time as a Staff Attorney for Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where she represented indigent clients in landlord tenant disputes, as well as domestic and senior citizens' issues. This began her continuing passion for pro bono efforts and her dedication to professional and community service.
