Throughout her career, Ms. Surratt has held various positions, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise.  Her work in the utility regulatory field has involved collaborating with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and consumer advocacy groups to ensure the fair and efficient regulation of utilities. Ms. Surratt has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing regulatory frameworks that balance the needs of consumers with the sustainability and growth objectives of utility companies.

In addition to her regulatory work, Ms. Surratt has actively participated on multiple boards, both corporate and non-profit.
