
Wanda L Everson Gross is the Founder and CEO of W L E Gross Consulting, LLC, a sixteen-year-old independent consulting firm focused on the growth and sustainability of her clients. She is an accomplished professional who utilizes a combined 40+ years’ experience in corporate management, entrepreneurship, and higher education. She has an extensive background in working with underserved populations, nonprofit & for-profit organizations, grant/proposal writing, operational analysis, developing and implementing strategic solutions, leadership training, and managing projects and people. Her mantra is, “Father bless me with your kindness and I will do my best to pass it on.”

Brenda Lee Gapasin Chatmon, MSN, RN, CCRN, is a registered nurse with 37 years of critical care experience in the U. S and internationally. She currently serves as Clinical Lead Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care at Atrium Navicent Health Medical Center in Macon, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Notre Dame University, Philippines, and her Master of Science in Nursing, with a concentration in Administration, from the University of Phoenix, Arizona, U. S. A.
She has received the Daisy Nurse Leader Award, a global recognition for outstanding leadership and excellence in patient care. In 2024, she was named one of the 25 Most Influential Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in Georgia, reflecting her broad impact. During Nation al Nurses Week in 2025, she received the Barb Stickel Community Award for her commitment to community service. She also co-founded Kapitbisig in Middle Georgia, a Filipino organization focused on community projects, meal programs, and health education.
