Priscilla Francis-Borders attended Rutgers, The State University, and Seton Hall Law School. After 23 years of federal service, she retired as a Senior Attorney- Advisor from the Social Security Administration, specializing in administrative adjudication analysis, document review and case management, as well as serving collateral duties as a trainer/mentor and EEO counselor. She is a registered neutral in general civil mediation and has Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP).
Natalie M. Smith

Natalie Smith graduated as valedictorian of Dooly County High School. She attended the University of Georgia and UCLA School of Law. She interned with the Honorable Dudley Bowen, United States District Court, Augusta Division. Mrs. Smith became a team leader and Managing Attorney for 3 Fortune 500 insurance carriers (State Farm, Nationwide, American Family Insurance), hiring and managing attorneys throughout the State of Georgia. She was a part time Magistrate Court Judge in Cobb County, Georgia. Mrs. Smith is a best-selling author.
Steven Borders

Steven Borders is a retired Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the United States Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General (OIG). He has more than 30 years of proven experience in federal law enforcement. He previously served as a Special Agent with multiple U.S. OIGs to include Department of Transportation, Department of Interior, and Department of Education. In addition, he was a Special Agent with the National Park Service and a Federal Air Marshall with the Department of Homeland Security. He is an experienced manager and investigator of complex criminal, administrative and internal allegations resulting in criminal convictions, administrative actions, and recovery in the sum of millions of dollars in civil fines, penalties, and restitution. He served as a technical expert and trainer of Firearms, Use of Force, Control Tactics, and Active Shooter. He is the recipient of numerous commendations to include awards for Honor, Exceptional, and Distinguished Service; U.S. Attorney’s Special Achievement Award; and Award for Excellence, President’s Council for Integrity and Efficiency. He is a graduate of Lincoln University, Jefferson City, Missouri.
Jeffery W. Smith

Jeffery Smith is an experienced Systems Analyst that has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies and IT start ups. Mr. Smith worked for Georgia-Pacific LIC. He previously worked as a Global Application Support/Development at AT&T. He was the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for ZTel/Trinsic. Mr. Smith was a Client Server Analyst IlI/ Business Analyst II
