We are hosting a leadership conference in partnership with the USG African American Male Initiative for 200 plus college men! B2E mentors will give keynote presentations, hold breakout sessions, and participate in discussions on subjects to include health, finances, social media in a professional landscape, and career pathways. This is just one way we’re giving back to the future leaders of South and rural Georgia.

As a part of their “circle of support”, we empower young leaders by providing engagement opportunities, connecting them with experienced mentors, and extending a supporting hand to assist each student achieve their dream.

Natalie Smith was a leader in the insurance industry for almost 30 years, part-time magistrate court judge, and an award-winning nonfiction writer.
