Mr. Haugabrook has 20 years of experience spanning software development, automation, application integrations, data warehousing, IT infrastructure, contact center, and data quality. His approach to contact center operations leverages his expertise in data management by effectively capturing and analyzing data from across all technologies and work streams. Mr. Haugabrook can seamlessly work across all project teams to identify efficiencies, issues, and opportunities for automation. Although a proponent of quantitative designs, Mr. Haugabrook’s mixed-methods approach adds the right balance of qualitative analysis to deliver richer insights in identifying strengths and weaknesses across all activities.
